Made from a rich combination of millets, grains, pulses, nuts, and spices, this mix is designed to energise the body and support overall well-being in the most natural way.

Cooking Instructions+
To Prepare Health Mix Porridge:
Take 2 tbsp of health mix powder and mix with ½ cup water (room temperature). Stir well to avoid lumps.
Pour the mixture into a pan and add the remaining 1 cup of water. Cook on medium flame, stirring continuously for 5–7 minutes. The mixture will become thick, shiny, and slightly dark—this indicates it is well cooked.
Add sweetener and milk (optional). You may add jaggery, sugar, or honey as per taste. For creaminess, add milk now or skip if not preferred. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Finish with a small spoon of ghee and a pinch of cardamom for extra flavour.
Optional Savoury Add-on:
Instead of jaggery or milk, add salt to taste. Use buttermilk instead of milk and enhance with curry leaves, ginger, or jeera.
Storage Info+
Annam products are crafted fresh and preservative-free. To keep the richness alive, transfer the contents to an airtight container. Use only a clean, dry spoon. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
