Cooking Instructions+
For Chapati:
Mix 2 cups of atta flour with ½ tsp salt. Add about ¾ cup warm water gradually and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
Divide into balls, roll into thin circles, and cook on a hot tawa until both sides are golden and it puffs up. Serve hot with curry or dal.
For Poori:
Mix 2 cups of atta with ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp rava (optional). Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
Roll into small circles and deep fry in hot oil until puffed and golden. Serve hot with potato masala or halwa.
Storage Info+
Annam products are crafted fresh and preservative-free. To keep the richness alive, transfer the contents to an airtight container. Use only a clean, dry spoon. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
