Kollu, Urad Dal, Channa Dal, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Jeera, Pepper, Red Chilly, Coriander Seeds, Hing & Rocksalt
Heat a few drops of oil in a kadai and add chopped tomatoes with a pinch of salt. Sauté until soft.
Add water, Annam Tamarind Paste, Annam Turmeric Powder, curry leaves, and coriander leaves. Bring to a boil.
Add Annam Kollu Rasam Powder, salt, and a little jaggery. Boil gently, then switch off the flame and cover to retain aroma.
Tempering:
Heat 1 tbsp ghee or oil. Add ½ tsp mustard seeds, a pinch of hing, 2 dried red chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Sauté briefly and pour over the rasam.
Serve hot with steamed rice and a side of potato fry or lady’s finger fry.
Annam products are crafted fresh and preservative-free. To keep the richness alive, transfer the contents to an airtight container. Use only a clean, dry spoon. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
