Cooking Instructions+
- To prepare Annam Masala Tea, add 1 cup of water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Masala Tea powder, depending on desired strength.
- Add 1 to 1½ teaspoons of tea leaves or tea dust and allow it to boil for 2–3 minutes.
- For milk tea, add ½ cup milk and boil again briefly. Add sugar to taste and allow the tea to boil well so the flavours blend thoroughly.
- Strain into a cup and serve hot.
- For a stronger version without milk, skip the milk and enjoy it as a kadak masala black tea.
Storage Information+
Annam products are crafted fresh and preservative-free. To retain aroma and flavour, transfer contents to an airtight container after opening. Use only a clean, dry spoon. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
